Hey all, some updates in case people thought things were quietening down or something.

• Famous Framework was released. You can read more about that here. As per that post, there's no support for it in famous-views yet, but it is planned.

• Famous Engine v0.6.2 was released. But it's not working with famous-views yet (and you'll get a warning with the latest famous-views versions that it's not compatible yet). The process has started but there were a lot of breaking changes from Famous' side, so both waiting on a few open issues and also checking if everything on our side is 100% too. So for now, v0.5.2 is still the supported release.

• There is a gadicohen:famous-views@1.3.0-rc.2 which we'd love your help testing. It introduces some fun new features like a much more natural way to specify size, and a jQuery-inspired FV() function, that together with a new class attribute on templates, let's you do stuff like FV(".class") , FV(fview).children("Node") and other familiar patterns.

Hey @teejayhh and all, sorry for the late reply and update.

Regrettably I don't have any major news for now. If I'm to be honest, development on the Famous Engine itself has not quite been happening at the pace I would have liked. I'm currently away on holiday and will reassess matters when I'm back, and hopefully post a more positive update.

Hi All Apologies for the silent treatment; I've been away on holiday. As you may have inferred from my last update, I left for my holiday quite frustrated and disappointed... but decided to stave off any big decisions until after my return where I could assess the latest developments.
