How to create swipe navigations?

Using Meteor and Famous together (and Famous-Views), how can I create a swappable navigation/route? I want to go to a new page when I swipe left/right but I want that to be done by way of "swipe-in" effect.

Are there any examples of this somewhere?

I have a working implementation of this in my side, but things are a bit crazy now with some changes in the 0.6.x branch and Famous Framework launching, etc.

Actually all I did was write a super basic RenderController like in famous 0.3, but really this should come via Framework. If it doesn't, I guess we'll have something in the meantime.

If you're super keen to get started right away, there's some stuff comitted on the master branch (before the 0.6 stuff which is not finished and not working yet), look particularly at the RenderController.js file (unfortuntately I think there are a few small changes that I haven't committed yet), but really what I recommend is to wait at least another week for something more stable

Just remembered that I owe an update here.

So firstly, I have to admit that I misread your original message, I think I got a bit confused by something you wrote in one of the other posts. RenderController handles page transitions, but not by swiping. For that you want a ScrollView (like we had in 0.3.5) with a horizontal direction and pagination. Here I don't have good news either.

Framework includes a "basic" scrollview, but it's super basic and does nothing like we had in 0.3.5. Also, Framework won't be around in Meteor for quite some time. See my update about that.

So sorry I don't have any good news (yet). Things are still quite early. The functionality you describe is obviously something we all need. Famous-views will definitely offer it, either through something Famous do, or the community does (myself included). I guess I'll post more again when I have some more news.
